Pulsarlube OL500 is a lubricator for 1-4 lubrication points. The device is electromechanical and is battery powered. It is adjustable in 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 month intervals. Changing the lubrication time is done easily with the push of a button and is shown on the display. Oil from ISO VG 10 up to ISO VG 10000 can be used. The battery, which sits under the oil tank, is changed after the end of the operating time, at the same time as new oil is filled in. The oil tank holds 500 ml. Standard battery -100 +500 C. Lithium -400 +600C. Max delivered amount is approx. 0.26-0.30 ccm/stroke Max back pressure is approx. 50-60 bar with oil depending on the viscosity. The device alarms if the back pressure becomes too high. Can be connected to lubrication point up to 10m with Ø 2mm cable from the unit. Built-in dimensions H=240mm, Ø 101 mm. Weight 1.3 kg.
