Sales and Delivery Terms

We primarily work with Resellers and Companies; therefore, all prices on our website are shown exclusive of VAT and freight. Our prices on the web are always updated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

We collaborate with several freight companies but primarily use Posten's corporate package service. All transports are carried out according to Incoterms 2010 EXW. In the case of pickup purchases or when the buyer has their own freight agreement, the delivery term is FCA (Free Carrier / delivered free to the buyer's carrier at our warehouse).

The price for a package is 88 SEK up to 30 kg. Half-pallet price is 395 SEK + pallet. Full-pallet price is 595 SEK + pallet. These prices apply within Sweden's borders, excluding Gotland. These prices apply unless another freight condition is agreed upon.

Our goal is to deliver your order within 24 hours from the time we receive the order, provided that the goods are in stock. Once your order has left us, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation (provided you have provided the correct email address) via email.

Back Orders

If you order a product that is out of stock, it will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as it becomes available again. If you wish to have a partial delivery of an order with back orders, we can arrange it.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days or advance payment or cash on delivery. After the due date, late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be charged. We reserve the right to adjust prices. The seller reserves the right to ownership until full payment has been received for the sold goods.

Reservation

We reserve the right for any typographical errors. Due to printing reasons, color deviations may occur. We reserve the right to price, product, and design changes as well as errors beyond our control.

Warranty

Germ AB applies the manufacturers' warranty terms, which can be up to 5 years. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, hoses, consumables, couplings, seals, electrical components, etc. Warranty claims require regular professional maintenance and repair of the product, as well as correct application of the product.

Complaints/Returning Goods

If you have received an incorrectly dispatched item or wish to return an item, you should contact us as soon as possible. The easiest way to do this is by contacting our customer service at 0935-124 40 or info@germ.se. This also applies if you have received a faulty item that needs to be complained about. In the case of an approved complaint or incorrectly dispatched product, we naturally cover the shipping costs.
