The injector mixer is used for mixing different liquids, e.g. degreasing, microemulsions, glycol, washer fluid, among others. The injector is connected to the premises' water mains at the same time as the suction hose is connected to the mixing liquid. The injector mixer is equipped with two external threads G2" and G3/4" for barrel connection, alternatively it is screwed to the wall in the two fixing holes. The equipment is supplied with a 1.2 m suction hose with a bottom valve and a 0.6 m outlet hose. The mixing percentage is set with the included throttle nozzles. You can choose between the following percentages. 50%, 43.4%, 33.3%, 22.2%, 14.3%, 10.0%, 9.1%, 7.1%, 5.3%, 3.9%, 3, 2%, 2.6%, 1.8%, 0.9%. My working pressure including water 1.67 bar. NOTE that the mixing ratio is calculated for a liquid with the same density as water, which means that you have to take this into account when e.g. microemulsions are to be mixed and use a larger nozzle.
